Return and Refund Policy

90-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your FogFury. If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to request a return or refund

Email us at targetus@icloud.com with your order number and a short description of the problem (photos help if the item arrived damaged or faulty). We reply within 1 to 2 business days and will tell you the next step.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, does not work as expected or is not what you ordered, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Change of mind

You may return an unused item in its original condition within 90 days of delivery. Return instructions will be provided by our support team. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless we tell you otherwise.

Refunds

Once we approve your refund, it is sent to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email targetus@icloud.com as soon as possible with your order number.
